REFUND, RETURN, CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We aim to provide high-quality furniture and home décor products to our customers. Please read our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

     

      • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.

      • Once the order is processed, manufactured, or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

      • Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

    Returns & Replacements

       

        • We accept return or replacement requests only in case of:

             

              • Damaged products

              • Manufacturing defects

              • Incorrect product delivered

          • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos of the issue.

        Refund Process

           

            • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

            • Shipping or handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

            • For EMI transactions, refunds will be processed as per bank and payment gateway timelines.

          Non-Returnable Items

             

              • Customized furniture

              • Products altered as per customer specifications

              • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

            To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

            Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

            Additional non-returnable items:

               

                • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

              Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

              There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

                 

                    • Products purchased at a discount or during sale can not be cancelled.

                    Return & Refund:

                    If you are eligible for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:

                    • All refunds & replacement process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from your/customer’s premises.

                    • Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 5-7 days.

                    • Refund will be initiated via NEFT, cash or by the way payment was originally made.

                    • In case the product can be replaced and still you would like to get a refund instead of a replacement, 25% of product value would be deducted.

                    Warranties:

                    • The product comes with a 1-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects, and inherent termite and borer issues.

                    • This limited warranty does not apply to:

                      • Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process

                      • Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product

                      • Cracks during the random displacement

                      • The product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in the decaying of wood

                    • With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.

                    • As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is no warranty.

                    • There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.

                    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

                  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

                Refunds

                Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

                If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

                Late or missing refunds

                If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

                Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

                Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

                Sale items

                Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

                Exchanges

                We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ruhancrafts.com and send your item to: Ruhan Crafts, By Pass Road, Aghwanpur-244504  Moradabad- Uttar Pradesh- India.

                Gifts

                If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

                If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

                You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

                Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

                If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
