Returns — Eligibility & Process

We accept returns for eligible products reported within 24 hours of delivery. Follow the steps below to avoid delays.

     

      1. Notify us within 24 hours at info@ruhancrafts.com including photos and a brief description.

      1. Pack securely: Use original boxes and packaging so the product remains protected during transit.

      1. Bring to ground floor / main gate: Return pickups require the item at the ground floor or main entrance; delivery partners typically do not carry furniture up stairs for returns.

      1. Return shipping: Customers bear return transport costs unless the item is damaged or defective on arrival.

    Condition on receipt

    Returned items must be unused, unassembled, with original accessories and in re-sellable condition. Missing parts, damaged packaging or assembly may reduce refund value.

    Refunds & Replacements

    We inspect returned items before issuing refunds. Here’s how refunds are processed and when replacements apply.

    Processing

    Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes our quality check and is received at our warehouse. Refunds may be credited to the original payment method or as store credit.

    Partial or reduced refunds

    If an item is not in a resellable condition, we may reduce the refund (up to 50% or less) at our discretion.

    Damaged products

    If you receive a damaged product, report it within 24 hours with photos/videos. For minor scratches and natural variations in handcrafted items, we typically offer repair or part replacement where feasible.

    Replacement parts

    If only a part of the product is damaged, we will usually supply a replacement part rather than a full-item replacement.

    Items Not Eligible for Return

       

        • Custom or made-to-order furniture

        • Assembled or partially assembled items

        • Bulk orders and clearance or special-price items

        • Large MDF, marble or reclaimed-wood pieces with complex packaging

      Holds & Storage

      You can place products on hold for a limited time. Terms differ for paid and unpaid holds.

      With advance payment

      Holds valid up to 4 weeks. Extending beyond 4 weeks makes deposit non-refundable. Holding fees: 10% (1–3 months), 20% (3–6 months). Max hold: 6 months.

      Without advance payment

      Holds valid for 7 days. If payment is not received within this period, the hold will be cancelled automatically.

      Pickup & Transit Damage

      Whether you pick up items yourself or choose delivery, please check items at handover and report issues within 24 hours.

      Customer pickups

      All items are inspected prior to pickup. Ruhan Crafts is not responsible for damage occurring during customer transport.

      Third-party delivery

      If damage occurs in transit with our chosen partners, report within 24 hours with photos/videos. We’ll evaluate and arrange replacement if eligible.
