While most of our furniture is crafted from high-quality Sheesham wood, certain product parts (such as drawer bases, back panels, or support structures) may include secondary materials like MDF or metal depending on functionality and design.
For cane furniture, the warranty applies only to the frame and excludes wear on the cane.
We offer products in a defined range of finish options. Please discuss your preferred finish with our customer support team beforehand to ensure you receive the most accurate result.
Natural grain patterns in Sheesham wood will always be visible. Minor variations in finish compared to 3D renders may occur.
Our bed frames use MDF support panels for mattresses. During monsoon seasons, humidity may cause fungal issues that arise from environmental factors—not product defects. Keeping the room dry and well-ventilated is recommended.
As each handcrafted piece is customized, a size variation of up to 1 inch is normal.
Installation is provided only by our authorized service team. Warranty may be voided if installation is done by any unauthorized third-party.
